Today started out like usual. Going to church. Having tambourine dance practice instead of Sunday School because of Christmas. After church, we went to Pelangi to eat. While I was stuffing Ebiko into my mouth, ( we were eating in Sushi King) Dad announced he was sending me to Youth Party at the church afterwards, which was held today at Three. I groaned and said there was nobody going with me, ( OF COURSE there were people going, like Carol and Chrystelle, but nobody was going with ME). After that we went to Metrojaya, (as always) and bought Clarence a Matchbox. I, like always, was reading a book. And I told Dad I wasn't going to that party if I was arriving late. And I told him I had to go to Popular to get a book for Adeline. And he said, " Go to Popular then, we'll meet you there." As soon as I heard this I put my bookmark ( my Yellow bookmark which came together with my shoes. My Everlast sneakers). And carrying the book that I was reading, I ran all the way up a floor to Popular.
So, when I was at the entrance of Popular, I realized that my bookmark was gone. It must have dropped out when I was running, I thought. Oh bother. I'll hunt for it later. So I went to Popular and hunted for a book to give to Adeline for Christmas. Not to mention find something to buy something interesting for me to pass my time, too. I was getting anxious, I needed to hunt for my bookmark. And so I hid the two books behind some others, and went out of Popular. Just then, I saw Dad and Mum and my two brothers. When mum came in I removed the two books from their hiding and passed it to mummy for paying. And ran out of Popular, searching for my bookmark.
I searched and searched and searched, retracing the way I had came from Metrojaya. "Give up," said Dad, " It's only a bookmark." I don't know why, but I had grown fond of that bookmark, and decided to hunt it out. I hunted and hunted, circling through the places I've been in the top floor of Metrojaya. My search range was small, because I had only lost my bookmark before I went to Popular. At last, I spotted a small patch of yellow on the floor, and rejoiced. I picked it up and stuffed it into my pouch.

Well, I concluded that my search for my Everlast bookmark had consumed a lot of time, so I figured that there was no chance I was going to the party now, I was going to be late. Suprisingly, I wasn't late, even though mum had gone to Guardian before we went tback to JB Wesley. I was shoved out of the car, and I found myself at the church gates.
I walked slowly and nervously into the sanctury, and the party hadn't started yet. Because technically, I was underage, 'cos Youth meant 13 years old to much older, and I was just only twelve a month ago. Well anyway, as soon as I got in there, Chrystelle spotted me, and wavwed, indicating for me ato join herself and Carol. They were sitting at a big table, with several boys from church and a girl who I didn't recognise at first. I didn't recognise her because her head was bent over her PSP, but then, when I got closer, I realised. It was ARIELLE.
You might think I was overreacting, but this isn't ANY Arielle, it was Arielle-Who-I-Haven't-Set-My-Eyes-On-For-A-Very-Long-Time-And-Whom-I-Am-Very-Fond-Of. She hasn't changed much, still has the same haircut and facial features. But what was she DOING here? She had long left JB Weslay for Church Of Praise. Not that I wasn't glad to see her, but it was such a coincedence. I thought, I am Very Glad I came.
The party went on. There was a band from Singapore called The Snooze who came to entertain us, and at the candy cane game I won a couple of movie vouchers for a so-called interesting answer for What Is The Craziest Thing You've Ever Done At Christmas.
So. This day is turning out to be quite good.
The only problem is who am I going to take out to watch a movie, since I have two free tickets in my hands. And if so, what movie to watch.
I have to go. Tomorrow (Tuesday, I am writing this on the 22nd, Monday) is going to be a busy day.
Coming soon is a survey of If You Had A Choice, What Colour Would You Want Your Eyes To Be and various people's answers.
Stay tuned.
